I am a graduate of the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy, I have fifteen years of experience in the food industry. Nine of those years I spent working my way up to Sous Chef at the only Four Diamond Restaurant on this side of the state. Because of this, I am able to bring high level excellence to your table. I have been catering since 2019, but it feels like I've been doing it forever! You will be welcomed like a close friend, with kind smiles and fine dining.


I have always had a passion to bring good food to the table. As a child, I served many meals to dolls and family. From my days of making Pine Needle Upside Down Cake to now; my food will always be locally sourced, full of flavor, and served beautifully platted. We're family now. And this is how we cater to those we love.
